Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chhatari Glass Industries. We take great care in packing and quality control of our premium crystal and coloured glassware. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the order delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

No Refund for Breakage

Due to the fragile nature of glass products:

  • No refund or return will be accepted for items broken during handling, transit, or by the customer after delivery.

  • Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the defect and the product packaging.

  3. After verification, we will approve the return or refund.

Approved cases may receive:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method (as applicable)

To initiate a return:

  • Include: Order ID, product photos, and defect details

  • Our team will review and respond within 2–4 business days

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible.

  • Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
